Luke Dennen

As M&A execution lead at Mosaic, Luke guides due diligence processes for new investments. Having invested in and worked alongside several niche software businesses, Luke is experienced in investing and contributing to value creation initiatives.​

Before Mosaic, Luke was an investor at Arcadea Group, where he collaborated closely with founders and management teams to execute sale processes, facilitate smooth transitions, and accelerate organic growth. Luke also worked as an investor with Third Lake Partners and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
