Matt Kelly

Leading the corporate development and acquisition efforts for Mosaic, Matt has extensive experience in software investing, having scaled portfolios across multiple verticals globally.

Prior to joining Mosaic, Matt led M&A across select markets for Arcadea Group and has worked with multiple acquirers in executing on their organic and inorganic growth plans. Matt also co-developed the buy-side practice at FirePower Capital and he holds a Bachelors of Commerce in Finance from Ontario Tech University.
